Is it acceptable to ask for proof of his clients with his former employer, and use it on your own website?
Hello everyone .. just receive a question of law on the use of evidence in my own website. I finished with my former employer for 6 months. Recently I decided to start my own work independent web designer, and I made a site for it. I need some stories on my site so I contacted my former clients who have worked in several projects testimonials – they were all pleased to offer this service. I have a little problem if .. as one of the clients while he is happy to help, he asked if it is acceptable to provide this, however, the contractual relationship is with my old company, but not me – even if it was the project director for their work.
