Some items, due to their physical size or their intangible nature may not be delivered over the internet. Although payment for these services and products might be made online, the actual satisfaction of the customer’s requests may have to be carried out offline.

I am looking to start a online clothing store, I believe that I have found some really good suppliers but I am not sure how good they are because I dont want to get rip off. I also want to know all the legal steps I will have to take to make the business work. Also is there any source that give grant money to start up businesses. I would appreciate your help and assistance.
