Privacy breached? What can I do?
So I filled out an application online for a car loan / quote …. after Start the dealer has received a personal email from one of the employees and get this: he admits in one email that you received my information Personal cons which apply online. This guy always bullied me. I looked dealers online privacy policy and note that any employee of the company is authorized to use my information for personal gain. Of course I'm upset. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, but closed, he said he was "beyond the scope" and had to take him to small claims court. So what I do? My plan is to take him to court, but I talk to a lawyer? Has anyone ever heard of a trial involving privacy policies like this before? What will I be entitiled to? thank you in advance for your help. and yes it keeps emails and all things in a better Business Bureau
