How do I use my tax business on eBay?
Good morning. I am running my eBay business in Spain, and I pay all my taxes in the United United Kingdom (as I do not live in Spain permanatly). Does anyone know what I'm doing my ebay running legally (TaxWise) in the United Kingdom. Thank you
I do not agree with the previous answer. For tax purposes in the United Kingdom, is subject to tax in the UK if you live here, regardless of where the income arises. The company is not separate entitly the person who executes and the person who did this are the taxpayers. If you live in the United Kingdom, therefore, the NED to reach HMRC within three months of starting your business and profits included in its annual self-assessment.
