My iTunes does not recognize my new iShuffle just bought.?
I recently purchased a third generation iShuffle again a respectable Ebay buyer with the highest rating. This buyer has sold more than 5000 different iPods new, used and refurbished on Ebay for their company, so I know it is not at its end. When I plugged my shuffle into my computer and open iTunes, even if nothing had happened plugged in, I tried all the plugs in my laptop, so I know this is not the computer. All tips for my iTunes recognizes the new device? I went on the Apple site and download the things I said in the instruction manual and I honestly do I saw what it was exactly what he did. I just dled successfullly said some things and it has been. HELP! My question was not whether it was false or not because it is not. my question was asked if there is a way to get my itunes recognize a new device. grow.
