been cooking for a while and everything everyone says I should open my own restaurant. The only thing is that restaurants cost a lot of capital to start and have a high failure rate. I am not a professional chef, or had no formal training .. But everything I do has a great taste and healthy. I have about 10 to 15 dishes I can do .. My thoughts could launch a website, cooking on the basis of requests from my clients, using a food saver vacuum seal, and freeze for no more than 2-3 days, then provide food to clients. Now I will take a good bit of marketing, etc. but if people really enjoy my food .. that this type of company value? What are the risks? What kind of benefits can we expect? I love to cook and if you can somehow transform it into a full-time operation would be a dream come true. I'm tired of the rat race .. lol Thanks for your advice.
