Do you agree with Dan Rather on bailing out the Main stream media with tax payer money?
Dan Rather wants the Obama Administration to bail out the main stream media since Fox news and online media has put them out of the Liberal News Reporting business. Do you think that the American Tax payer should bail out the Main stream media?
Wrong! Last week ABC news announced that Dan Rather was upset that Obama hasn’t bailed out the Main Stream Media. I wasn’t talking about what he said today dummy!
Did you laugh at the oxymoronic quality of Danny’s statement that government needs to step in to preserve the “independence” of the media? Oh, Danny Boy… government throws $500 million at, say, CBS for a bailout and that will make them more “independent”? Danny Boy needs a drug test.
I didn’t catch where Danny Boy specifically said that old media deserves a bailout for not adapting to the changing demands of the marketplace of ideas. I figured Danny Boy was either demanding a bailout or getting the “fairness” doctrine back up and running so people who freely reject leftist ideas can have them crammed down their throat by a benevolent government that knows what’s best for them.
Finally, I don’t think Danny Boy has ever gotten over how he had to leave in disgrace. Choices, choices, choices, Danny Boy.
